1. Shipping & Fulfilment
1.1 Order Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from one or more of the following locations, depending on product availability, order specifications, and fulfillment logistics:
Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
Milan Luxury Hair Vietnam office or production facility
Milan Luxury Hair reserves the right to determine the most suitable dispatch location to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
1.2 Delivery Coverage & Timelines
Local (Nigeria) Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria under the following terms:
Same-day delivery within Lagos for orders with confirmed payment before 3:00 PM (WAT).
Deliveries outside Lagos (including but not limited to Port Harcourt, Abuja, Ibadan, Benin, Enugu, Cross River, and other locations) typically take 3–5 business days.
Customers may choose their preferred delivery method, including:
In-store or walk-in pickup
Third-party logistics providers (e.g., GIG Logistics, DHL, or other available couriers)
For deliveries outside Lagos, GIG Logistics is our preferred courier due to enhanced safety, tracking, and insurance coverage. However, customers may request alternative couriers at their discretion.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and selected international destinations, subject to carrier availability and destination-specific regulations.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout or during order confirmation and are indicative only. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
Customs inspections and clearance procedures
Carrier delays
Public holidays
Force majeure events beyond our control
1.3 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or your selected communication channel. Tracking information remains active until delivery is confirmed.
2. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For all international shipments:
Product prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, or any applicable local taxes.
All such charges are solely the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or courier upon arrival.
Milan Luxury Hair has no control over customs assessments, inspections, or clearance timelines.
If a customer refuses to pay required customs charges or fails to complete customs clearance, the shipment may be abandoned or returned. In such cases:
No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.
Shipping costs apply to all orders. Free shipping, where available, will be clearly stated at checkout or during order confirmation.
