3. Returns, Exchanges & Quality Assurance
Due to the hygienic, personal-use, and high-value nature of raw donor hair, virgin hair, Remy hair, and wigs, Milan Luxury Hair operates a strict, internationally compliant return policy consistent with global beauty and luxury product standards.
3.1 Return Eligibility Window
Domestic & International Orders:
Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed deliveryManufacturer Defect or Fulfilment Error:
Must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery with supporting evidence
Requests outside these timelines will not be accepted.
4. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify, all the following conditions must be met:
Product must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, and unaltered
Hair must remain in original condition, with no:
Cutting
Coloring
Washing
Styling
Sewing
Chemical or heat processing
All original tags, seals, packaging, and accessories (including wig caps) must be intact
Wigs may only be tried on with a wig cap
Item must be returned in resalable condition
Any item that shows signs of use, odour, damage, alteration, or tampering will be rejected following inspection.
5. Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds
Cash refunds are not offered
Approved returns qualify for:
Exchange, or
Store credit only
Exchanges must be for items of equal value
Any price difference must be paid before exchange processing
All approvals are subject to final quality inspection
This policy aligns with international hygiene exemptions applicable to beauty and personal-use products.
6. Inspection & Processing Timelines
Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt
Approved exchanges or store credit are issued within 5–7 business days thereafter
Processing times exclude shipping transit periods.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Notify us within 14 days of delivery
Provide clear photographic and/or video evidence
Once verified, Milan Luxury Hair will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional product cost. Shipping resolution will be determined case-by-case.
8. Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where a defect or fulfillment error is confirmed
Approved returns may be subject to handling, replacement, or restocking fees
Applicable fees (if any) will be communicated after inspection
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
Used, installed, altered, or customized products
Items returned outside the approved eligibility window
Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless defective or incorrectly supplied)
10. Store Credit Terms
Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance
Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash
Redeemable exclusively on www.milanluxuryhair.com
Unused credit expires automatically after the validity period.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to applicable international consumer protection principles.
Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Where unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Arbitration decisions shall be final and binding.
